Firm Background and Overview

Pesta, Finnie & Associates, L.L.P. ("PFA") is an accounting firm formed in September 1991 to provide tax and business consulting services to Carolina firms, primarily real estate companies, closely-held and family-owned companies as well as entrepreneurs in the Carolinas. The firm's base of operation involves taxation, but is also active in real estate consulting, family wealth planning and litigation support. An affiliated entity, PFS Properties, LLC, provides real estate brokerage services on an as-needed basis for clients.

Professional Staff

There are approximately 45 full-time professionals most of whom are CPAs with advanced degrees. This high level of knowledge has provided the firm with a notable expertise in the tax area.
